Why not say 'I do' in our romantic glen, by the big waterfall, between the ancient yew trees or in the grand drawing room. The minister, priest, celebrant or clergyman carries a licence that means you can choose your venue, no matter how wild or romantic!
Many couples chose our 18th century Drawing Room with its high cornice and sash windows. This room was originally the grand dining room of the house, and is rated today by many architectural historians as one of the most beautiful rooms in Scotland. You are welcome to approach our local Minister to perform your ceremony as we are not licensed for civil ceremonies.
Let Nature arrange the flowers and you could tie in your special day with a flowering season. For instance, the Bluebell Woods in our Glen is a popular spot for late spring weddings, or in summer when the Plaisance gardens are bright with flowers.
Whichever the location you chose all are perfect for memorable photographs.
