Exclusive wedding hire for Castle
The exclusive hire fee for Kelburn Castle and private gardens is £1000 plus VAT.
Marquee wedding
The exclusive hire fee of Kelburn’s private gardens for the erection of a marquee is £3,000 plus VAT for the day and includes the Castle.
Castle wedding & pavilion ceilidh
Castle and private gardens £1000. Pavilion Hire for weddings vary from £500 - £1000 per day.
Banquets vary depending on your requirements but a typical example is given.
Drinks Reception: Champagne £8.50 per glass
Sparkling Wine: £3.00 per glass
Canapés: £3.00 per head
Carvery(includes evening buffet): £30.00 per head
Toast Drinks: £2.00 per glass
Soft Drinks: £1.00 per glass
Costs include: all tableware, linens, uniformed staff, basic centrepieces,
and coordinated table plans.
Ceilidh Band: £500
Piper: £100.00
Traditional Clarsach Player: £150
Photographer: £1000

50% non refundable deposit is required on booking. Balance payable 7 days before wedding day.
