Bookings can be made online. Pitches must be paid for 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Please support us with this payment procedure, which has been put into place to give you a safe and contactless booking method.

Grass Pitches and Hard-Standing Bays
Great revised prices for 2020! £5.00 per person per night, plus £5 for your pitch per night.
Please note we are currently only accepting online bookings. There will be limited pitches available (max 10 per night) to allow for safe distancing.
Please select Grass Pitch for Tents, and Hard-Standing Bay for a Campervan/Motorhome/Caravan.
Each Grass pitch will have a hard-standing area a car can be parked in, and each hard-standing bay will have a grass section allocated, giving each visitor a defined space for relaxing in the outdoors.
There is fresh water taps in the camping field and a toilet/shower block nearby.
Ample parking is close to the campsite.
Dogs are more than welcome a long as they are kept on a lead at all times to protect livestock, horses and other campers.
Things you need to know…
The site will be functioning with a limited number of pitches. This is to allow safe distancing, provide safe and adequate shower and toilet facilities, and have the necessary cleaning requirements in place.
We ask all guests to be considerate of others. There is adequate space for moving around the campsite without infringing on other campers defined areas.
Please support us in disposing of your own rubbish at the designated points.
There is an IPC disposable waste point onsite for use if required.
If you wish to add the use of an electric hook up to your stay, please select when booking. (Please note: We have limited hookups so one may not be available.) Price:£7.50 per night. Customers supply their own 16 amp cable.
Each designated pitch will have a ground fire pit dug for your uses. Kelburn has firewood for sale at £6/bag.
Our Campsite has a 23:00 (11pm) quiet time policy. Please respect everyone’s experience.
Check-in is 12.00pm to 5.00pm. Check-out is 11.00am.

Please note: Hard standing bays can be reserved for campers if all grass pitches are booked. Our hardstanding areas all have grass bays adjacent to vehicle parking.

Want to go camping but don’t want to pitch your own tent? Why not book one of our spacious bell tents instead?!
Book one of our 5m diameter bell tents, and we'll have it pitched for your arrival.
We have 4 bell tents available for hire and each sleeps up to 5 people. These are ideal for families where squeezing the tent in the car as well as everything else is just not possible!
Equally, save yourself the hassle of storing a tent for an annual outing and use one of our lovely soulpad tents to add quality to your experience.
Prices start at £100 per Bell Tent for a minimum 2 night stay. This includes bell tent, up to 5 people, parking for 1 vehicle and access to grounds and gardens. Please note that the Bell Tents are unfurnished, please bring your own pillows, sleeping bags, etc. To enquire email email@example.com
