Chocolate Forest – Full ticket refunds being processed

As you will be aware due to the national lockdown our planned Easter period of activity did not go ahead.  With the time frames unknown for this unprecedented action, Kelburn adopted a plan to reschedule the themed activity of the ‘Chocolate Forest’ rather than cancel.  Many customers had purchased tickets for this event and the management team at Kelburn have been overwhelmed by your support at this time. With the uncertainty of forward planning the team at Kelburn have decided that all customers with tickets purchased for the period 4th – 19th April will receive a full refund with immediate effect.

The Country Centre events team are missing all the fun and are extremely keen to ensure families visit Kelburn this summer and autumn. Thinking caps are on to ensure themed activities which support social distancing while engaging with our natural environment.

REFUND  CONCERNS
Your refund will be returned to the bank card used to purchase your ticket(s).  The secure payment is operated by TYG Tickets and once refunds are activated they can take up to 5 working days to show on your account.  If you have any concerns please email admin@kelburncountrycentre.com and quote your order number in the subject of the email.
