Café, Toy Shop & Gift Shop

The Café is open Saturday & Sunday only from 1oam to 4pm.

Located next to the Information Office is the Café. Prior to stocking delicious cakes, cold drinks, ice lollies and warm meals, the building was the stable block and the Dome was a midden! This served the Castle and estate homes until the turn of 20th Century and with changing lifestyles found its new use in 1977 when the Country Centre opened.

Toy Shop – open Saturday and Sunday only 11am to 5pm.

Located with a great view across to the Isle of Cumbrae the Toy Shop is the number 1 place for kids!

Why not check out toys for inquiring minds such like crystal growing kits or a magnifying glass?

Maybe imaginary worlds are more your thing and you’d like a fairy wishing jar or a knights archery kit?
