Our cosy hillside yurts, each fitted with a wood burning stove, offer incredible views over the Firth of Clyde and its islands. Perfect for a romantic weekend escape, or a fun-filled family stay, the beautiful glampsite is just a short walk from visitor centre and the wider grounds, including café, play areas, glen walks, waterfalls, gardens, and castle.
Kelburn Yurts are traditional Central Asian Turkic Nomadic Trellised Tents.
Made and installed using authentic methods and each is built to provide its own secluded woodland area with decking, outdoor seating, firepit with grill, and breath-taking views.

The Bothy
Each yurt booking also allows access to our beautiful glass-fronted, larch-built Bothy which provides shared living and catering space which includes:
2 kitchenettes (fridge, cupboards, hob, toaster, microwave, kettle, sink, utensils, pans, cutlery and crockery – washing up liquid and cloths provided)
Large wood-burning stove, leather sofas, dining chairs and tables
Sliding doors and decking with panoramic views across the Firth of Clyde to the Islands
4 toilet and shower/wet rooms (including one level accessible)
Two outdoor utility-style sinks (large water-canisters provided for retaining your own drinking water)
